Cancelation Policy

• Guests may cancel their reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience and receive a refund minus a 30% administrative and operational fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
• All cancellation cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.

• If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, guests are not eligible for a refund.
• In such cases, guests may reschedule their booking to the following day, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests must be made before the original start time of the experience.
• Rescheduled bookings are final and cannot be refunded.

• Airport transfers or car transportation services that have already been used are non-refundable, even if the tour is later canceled due to weather or other conditions.
• For private tour bookings, if guests do not arrive or are not present by 12:00 PM, King Julian Bali reserves the right to cancel the tour without refund or rescheduling.

• This experience is weather-dependent.
• If a tour is canceled by King Julian Bali due to unfavourable weather conditions, guests will be offered either:
  • An alternative date, or
  • A full refund.
• In cases where a tour requires approval from the Port Authority, and permission is denied due to conditions such as strong winds or high waves, an alternative date or full refund will be provided.

• Some tours require a minimum number of travellers.
• If the minimum number is not met, guests will be notified in advance and offered:
  • An alternative date or experience, or
  • A full refund.

• Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older, included in the same booking.
• Bookings for unaccompanied minors cannot be confirmed, and participation will not be permitted.

• King Julian Bali reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues.
• In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements or issue a full refund.

By completing a booking with King Julian Bali, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
