Terms and Conditions
All bookings must be made in advance via WhatsApp, our website, or official booking channels. Guests are required to provide accurate information, including travel date, number of participants, and selected activities.
A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been issued by our team.
- Payment Policy
- Payments may be made in cash (IDR) or via online credit/debit card payment.
- Online card payments are subject to a 3% bank and processing fee.
- Full payment is required before the tour or activity begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customized tours or group bookings may be subject to special payment or deposit requirements.
- Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the following conditions:- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund minus a 30% administrative and operational fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
- In cases where cancellation occurs within 24 hours, guests may request to reschedule the booking to the following day, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made before the original start time.
- Rescheduled bookings are final and non-refundable.
- All cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.

- No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive at the agreed pick-up time and location without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the booking value.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
- Rescheduling & Amendments
- Requests to change the date, time, or number of participants must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
- All amendments are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the activity or revised arrangements.
- Safety & Liability
- Guests must follow all instructions provided by drivers, guides, and activity operators.
- Some activities include insurance coverage provided by third-party operators, and coverage details may vary.
- King Julian Bali Tours is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from guest negligence
- Delays or incidents caused by weather, natural conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control
- Weather & Operational Changes
- Tours may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
- If a tour is canceled by King Julian Bali Tour or the service provider due to weather or safety issues, guests will be offered:
- A reschedule option, or
- A full refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy
- Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are available in selected areas, including: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Canggu, Denpasar, Sanur, and Ubud
- Additional charges may apply for locations outside these areas.
- Group Bookings
- Group bookings of more than 10 participants may be subject to different pricing, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms.
- Guests are encouraged to contact us directly for custom group arrangements.
- Personal Responsibility
By booking with King Julian Bali Tours, guests confirm that they are physically fit to participate in the selected activities.- Any medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.
- Participation is undertaken at the guestโs own risk, where applicable.
- Photography & Media
- Photos and videos may be taken during tours for documentation or promotional purposes.
- Guests who prefer not to appear in any media must inform our team before the tour begins.
- Agreement
By confirming a booking with King Julian Bali Tour, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
