Pick-up service is available in:
Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Pecatu, Sanur, Ubud, Canggu, Denpasar, Benoa Harbour, and Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Additional charges may apply for locations outside these areas.

We offer flexible and secure payment options to make your booking easy and hassle-free. Guests may choose to pay online in advance or pay on the day of the activity.

Payment Options:

• PayPal / Credit & Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard) – secure online payment
• Pay on the Spot – cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on the day of the tour

For group bookings of more than 7 participants, a 50% deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• 3 days or more before the activity date: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before the activity date: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours before the activity or no-show: 100% charge

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
