• Waterproof bags are provided to keep small items such as cameras or phones dry. However, we recommend leaving valuables at home.
• There will be some walking up and down steep stairs at the start and end of the rafting route. Please wear sturdy and comfortable shoes.

Pick-up service is available in:
Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Pecatu, Sanur, Ubud, Canggu, Denpasar, Benoa Harbour, and Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Additional charges may apply for locations outside these areas.

• Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Payments made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund minus a 30% administrative and operational fee.
• Payments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable, but the booking may be rescheduled to the following day, subject to availability.
• Rescheduled bookings are final and cannot be refunded.
