1. Booking & Reservation

All reservations must be made in advance via WhatsApp or through our Online Booking Form. Booking details, including the date, number of participants, and selected activities, must be clearly confirmed before the service is scheduled.

2. Payment Policy

• Cash payments are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Debit or Credit Card payments (on-site or online) are subject to an additional 3% service and bank processing fee, applied to the total amount.

All payments must be settled in full before the activity begins.

Payments are due upon arrival at the activity location, directly to our driver, or via online card payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the payment method used and may take several business days.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the agreed pick-up time and location without prior notice will be classified as a no-show, and the full booking amount (100%) will be charged.

5. Group Bookings

Terms and conditions for group bookings of more than 10 persons are subject to separate policies, including customized payment schedules and cancellation terms. Please contact us directly for detailed group booking arrangements.

6. Amendments & Special Requests

Any changes to confirmed bookings, including the date, time, or number of participants, are subject to availability and must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.

7. General Conditions

The company reserves the right to adjust itineraries or schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, without compromising the overall experience.
