Payment and Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible and secure payment options to make your booking easy and hassle-free. Guests may choose to pay online in advance or pay on the day of the activity.

Payment Options:

PayPal / Credit & Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard) – secure online payment
Pay on the Spot – cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on the day of the tour

For group bookings of more than 7 participants, a 50% deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

3 days or more before the activity date: Full refund
24–48 hours before the activity date: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours before the activity or no-show: 100% charge

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
